 1.  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

       1.1  BOOKING

        Booking and Contract made with DURGAM is subject to the following conditions;

  • All travel arrangements should be booked at least within two weeks in advance.
  • All communications by DURGAM to your request will be sent to the address stated on the booking form.
  • All bookings shall be confirmed by an authorized representative of DURGAM.
  • Booking shall not be confirmed until the DURGAM issues a written notice after receipt of deposit. (booking form by the DURGAM does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking)
  • DURGAM reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall in that event return any deposit received.
  • DURGAM and any supplier/service provider accept no liability for ticket errors resulting from incorrect information provided by a customer.(e.g. airline ticket)
  • All special requests (hotel, airline or other services) should be noted on the booking form. Though DURGAM cannot guarantee the services, will have maximum input to provide requested services.
  • DURGAM will provide the service as set out and confirmed in writing.
  • DURGAMreserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times without prior notice that should be necessary due to weather or other reasons that are beyond DURGAM’S
  • Customers with disabilities and/or any other health issues must inform DURGAMby email at the time of making the reservation. We reserve the right to decline a booking should it be determined that we are unable to properly accommodate or meet our obligations towards those customers and/ or for safety considerations.

 

       1.2 PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

  • All bookings require Payment of 25% of the total price at the time of the booking
  • We accept payment through Bank Deposit, Credit Card, PayPal, or Western union.
  • In case of Cancellations of booking/reservations, it should be made in Writing.
  • There is No Refund for any unused bookings/reservations, (e.g. tours, transport, and hotels). That is no refunds will be issued due to the late arrival / early departure / unused portion of a booked service.
  • Payments should be completed at least two weeks before start of service.
  • If we are notified of service date changes at least two weeks prior to the start of your originally scheduled tour, you can use your deposit for your newly scheduled date without any penalty fee.
  • In case of Cancellation to weather or other reasons (e.g. government cases, supplier cases etc) that are beyond DURGAM’s control, deposits can be refunded or redeposit for the rearranged schedule.
  • If the Customer’s Travel Package includes international or domestic air tickets, cancellation of airline ticket will be based on its cancellation policy, based on their fare rules. DURGAM only acts as an agent for the airlines and is not responsible if the said Airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. The Airline Company will be responsible for the final decision on such requests.
  • Details of information for terms of Payment through cheque, Bank transfer, PayPal, credit card can be provided upon request while booking.
  • Cancellations should be made in Writing and refund of payment will be based on the following conditions:
  • If cancellations are received 30 or more days prior to service start 15% of the total price will be charged
  • If cancellations are received 29-15 days prior to service start 20% of the total price will be charged
  • If cancellations are received 14 days or less prior to service start 25% of the total price will be charged

 

        1.3 VALIDITY OF PRICES

  • All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current prices. 
  • DURGAMreserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the website without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increases that is outside DURGAM’S control.
  • Prices are guaranteed against any surcharge after an invoice has been issued.
